Eggless Chocolate Sponge Cake

Baking the fluffy or spongy cake is an art.Generally all cake recipe using eggs but in this recipe we are not using the egg.We are baking eggless chocolate sponge cake recipe. All ingredients measured proprely and follow the procedure. Easy homemade Egg-less chocolate sponge cake is baking so easy and chocolate flavor most of the liked.Also we liked vanilla flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Maida
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp chocolate essence
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven for 180 degree Celsius .
  2. Take a bowl .Put 1cup maida and in maida 2 tbsp maida take out and put the 2 tbsp cocoa powder.
  3. Also put in bowl sugar, oil,yogurt, baking powder, baking soda ,water, and essence.
  4. Mix and bit it for 4-5 minutes(You not use electric bitter then you bit 10-15 minutes).
  5. Take a cake tin grease with oil and tin line with butter paper and pour the cake mix in it.
  6. Immediately put in preheated oven (20-25 min.).
  7. After check the cake is  ready or not. So take the tooth peak and checking this tooth peak cleanly out from cake so cake is ready.

Tips:

  • Baking on gas for cake at 30-35 minutes on slow flame and firstly preheat which we used for 10 minuteson medium flame.
  • Not presence chocolate essence so we can also used vanilla essence.
  • Also like your taste you can decorate to put the batter in tin to garnish the choco chips.
