Chocolate Sponge Cake

Delicious ,spongy and soft chocolate cake bake so easy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp all purpose flour(Maida)
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 egg
  • Butter paper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil or ghee

Steps:

  1. Take 3 eggs in bowl and also taking the sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Now ,the beat the beater.
  3. You see the batter does not fall off the beater,these means we can go ahed.
  4. Then take a bowl in maida and cocoa powder mix them.
  5. Put this mixture in batter and mix them.
  6. You can take a aluminium tin greese with oil and put butter paper in inside of it.
  7. Pouring our batter into the tin and tap lightly.
  8. Put in the oven 20 mins. at 160 degree celcius.
  9. After 20 min. our cake is ready.

Tips:

  • Make sure your all ingredients in room temperature before you start baking.
